Contract information

Often, I work as a supporting artist or subcontracted for agencies or other magicians, an example would be when two or more magicians are required for a large corporate event due to large numbers and limited time. In this case the contact is with the lead magician you have booked with, and I am subcontracted to that magician.

It is a fact of life that things occur without warning. I have been fortunate enough not to have cancelled an event in the 20 years of performing; however, illness and life events do happen (even breakdowns and road closures), I am not liable in any way for cancellations or costs of any kind should this occur. I will always endeavour to find a replacement should this happen, but it is not always guaranteed. I have had to step in on a few occasions for other magicians, so it does happen.
